Description Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to contribute their skills and expertise to our organization. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in keeping our company database accurate and up-to-date. Your Responsibilities Will Include Efficiently entering data provided by customers with precision and accuracy. Verifying data from various sources before inputting it into the database. Creating error-free spreadsheets and ensuring all figures are entered correctly. Maintaining and updating our databases on a timely basis to ensure data integrity. Implementing data preservation measures by taking regular backups. Retrieving data from the database promptly as and when required. Organizing and filing physical copies of data for easy access. Assisting with invoice verification and handling invoice payments. Cross-checking and rectifying any data entry errors. Adhering to our quality control measures at all times to ensure data accuracy. Ensuring there is no duplication of data in the system. To Excel In This Role, You Should Have A High School Diploma or GED. Proven work experience in an administrative role as a Data Entry Clerk or Data Entry Operator. Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail to catch any discrepancies in the data. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and data entry software such as Process Runner, Pronto Forms, and Flowfinity. Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address any data-related challenges. Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
