- Assist with maintenance and repair of forklift equipment
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Support senior technicians on service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service records
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Develop strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Provide reliable support to the service team
- Deliver quality work with increasing independence
- Build a foundation for long-term career growth
- Mechanical aptitude required (automotive, small engine, etc.)
- Technical training or schooling is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
