Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HOH Night Shift Lead to support evening operations and provide leadership within the kitchen. This role is ideal for a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives during night shifts and is ready to take ownership of scheduling, inventory, and operational standards. This position is not a cook-only role — it is a leadership position with growth potential for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Previous HOH leadership experience (Shift Lead, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar)
- Strong understanding of food safety and health code requirements
- Experience with scheduling, inventory tracking, and ordering
- Comfortable using computers and restaurant systems
- Reliable PM availability
- Ability to lead with consistency, accountability, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
- Prior exposure to multi-unit or growth-focused environments
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HOH team during PM shifts
- Create and manage schedules to support business needs

- Place and manage food and supply orders as assigned
- Track inventory, monitor waste, and support cost control
- Ensure compliance with health department and food safety standards
