Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HOH Night Shift Lead to support evening operations and provide leadership within the kitchen. This role is ideal for a hands-on kitchen leader who thrives during night shifts and is ready to take ownership of scheduling, inventory, and operational standards. This position is not a cook-only role — it is a leadership position with growth potential for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous HOH leadership experience (Shift Lead, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health code requirements
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory tracking, and ordering
  • Comfortable using computers and restaurant systems
  • Reliable PM availability
  • Ability to lead with consistency, accountability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
  • Prior exposure to multi-unit or growth-focused environments
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise HOH team during PM shifts
  • Create and manage schedules to support business needs

  • Place and manage food and supply orders as assigned
  • Track inventory, monitor waste, and support cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health department and food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and kitchen readiness
  • Support training and coaching of HOH team members
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs
