Compensation:$20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support each child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs, to ensure cohesive care.
- Collect and record data on client progress, providing valuable insights to refine intervention strategies.
- Engage with families to share progress and strategies, fostering a supportive home environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth for all clients.
- Adapt interventions in real-time based on client responses, ensuring effective and responsive care.
- Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs.
- Proven track record of collecting and analyzing data to inform intervention strategies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with families and share progress and strategies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through regular training sessions.
- Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for clients.
- Skill in adapting interventions in real-time based on client responses for effective care.
