• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support each child's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs, to ensure cohesive care.
• Collect and record data on client progress, providing valuable insights to refine intervention strategies.
• Engage with families to share progress and strategies, fostering a supportive home environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth for all clients.
• Adapt interventions in real-time based on client responses, ensuring effective and responsive care.
