Summary

As Sales & Service Advisor you are the customer's main point of contact to meet their sales and service needs. Your primary duties include greeting customers, explaining car wash options, and promoting and selling services like detailing and memberships. You will also assist with processing payments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and friendly customer experience.

What you would do:

• Greet and develop positive relationships with customers
• Personalize each customer experience using problem solving, active listening, and soft sales techniques
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to assist the team in executing daily operations to ensure premium service and smooth functioning
• Promote a clean, safe and healthy experience for our guests

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Eligible to work in the US
• English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience
