Intake Specialist at Blackstone Law – Beverly Hills, California

We are seeking a driven, personable, and resilient Outbound Intake Specialist to join our high-performing intake team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical part in connecting individuals with the legal representation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Qualify potential cases based on intake criteria and firm guidelines
• Build rapport quickly and navigate sensitive conversations with care and confidence
• Handle objections effectively and maintain composure under pressure
• Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the CRM system (Filevine)
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
• Collaborate with intake management and the vetting team to ensure smooth case handoffs
• Follow up diligently with leads and maintain an organized pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, collections, or legal intake
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Familiarity with employment law concepts is a plus
• Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment
