A downtown St. Louis-based manufacturer is seeking detail-oriented professionals to fill Assembler positions in its furniture manufacturing operations. Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of and experience in assembling parts & subassemblies, using hand tools, and reading schematics & instructions. Must also have 18 months of verifiable experience, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team environment. Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and forklift certification is a plus.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Align metal, wood, or upholstery assemblies.
• Inspects assemblies for tolerance.
• Material handling and packing.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
