WHY JOIN FACTORY6?
At Factory6, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-growing team that values innovation, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of products for both emerging and established brands while helping strengthen the systems and standards that support our next phase of growth.
THE ROLE
The Director of Quality leads Factory6’s Quality and Food Safety organization within a regulated nutraceutical manufacturing environment. This role owns Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and the Food Safety program, ensuring Factory6 maintains strong, scalable systems that support product quality, customer confidence, regulatory compliance, and continued business growth.
As the executive owner of Factory6’s certification portfolio, the Director of Quality is responsible for maintaining and advancing key certifications, including NSF/ANSI 455-2, SQF with the Costco Addendum, and any additional certifications needed to support customer and market commitments. This leader plays a critical role in preparing for and leading regulatory inspections, customer audits, and third-party certification audits.
The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and practical leadership — someone who can mature quality systems, strengthen audit readiness, improve decision speed, and build a culture of compliance, accountability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility. This role operates within the regulatory framework of 21 CFR Part 111, FSMA, and applicable global quality and food safety standards.
