Your new role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll handle phone-based sales, process orders, provide quotations, and build genuine relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and customers across the electrical and mechanical industries while working within a supportive team environment.
You will bring:
- A proven track record in customer service, sales, or administration
- Industry experience in electrical, mechanical, or similar fields (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Intermediate computer skills and a self-driven, solutions-first mindset
