We're offering a 12-month traineeship that gives you hands-on experience in customer service and business administration, a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business, and a pathway to full-time employment when you complete your training.


What the Traineeship Looks Like

You'll be working as part of our Sydney customer service team, learning the ropes of how Australia's leading cable and pipe support business operates from the inside. You will be doing real, meaningful tasks from day one, supported by a team that wants to see you succeed.

Over the 12 months, you'll develop skills and experience in:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and confidently
  • Processing customer orders
  • Preparing customer quotes accurately and on time
  • Data entry and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting the broader sales team with day-to-day requirements
  • Working safely and in line with workplace health and safety standards

By the end of your traineeship, you'll have a solid foundation in business administration and customer service, and the opportunity to move into a full time, permanent role with EzyStrut.


Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to apply for this role. What matters most is that you're eager to learn, reliable, enjoy working with people and computer skills.

This traineeship could be a great fit if you:

  • Have recently finished school and are ready to start your career
  • Have some admin or customer service experience and want a formal qualification to go with it and genuine career opportunities
  • Are comfortable using computers and keen to build on those skills
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, whether that's in writing or on the phone
  • Take pride in getting the details right, accuracy matters in this role
  • Are dependable, punctual, and ready to show up and give it your best

Experience in a similar role or industry is a bonus, but it's absolutely not essential. We hire for potential and attitude, skills can be taught.
