About the role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a proven track record in managing mid-tier clients. The role is focused on retaining customers through relationship building and increasing share of wallet through value-add services.


This role offers a hybrid work environment, minimum 3-days in-office.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage existing customer accounts through quarterly reviews and regular meetings to identify initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Minimise churn by ensuring accounts are satisfied, engaged and growing with triSearch.
  • Facilitate client onboarding: guiding new clients through setup and configuration of our software.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive initiatives and advocate for clients.
  • Drive product adoption through a client success mindset, consulting on solutions that add value.


What we're looking for

  • Proven Client Relationship Management experience with mid-tier clients, uncovering up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing pipeline via calls, meetings and solution demos.
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in legal or property technology.
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn, be coached and achieve great things.
  • Service-oriented with a consultative approach, able to secure buy-in and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with conveyancing or real estate workflows is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs and quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical info clearly.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new applications.
