We're growing and this role, like many others we currently have on offer, exists because of the ongoing success of EzyStrut. We want experienced customer service professionals to grow with us. Join our team at our new facility in Bankstown, NSW as a Customer Service Officer and become the trusted link between our customers and the business.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for wholesalers, distributors, and industry customers handling inbound sales calls, processing orders, preparing quotations, and building relationships that keep customers coming back.
You’ll also manage a variety of customer data and order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and follow-through at every step. Your work directly supports the sales team and shapes every customer’s experience with EzyStrut.
You will bring:
- 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration
- Comfortable with a varied role that includes both customer contact and data entry/administration tasks
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office or similar systems (ERP/CRM experience a bonus)
- Industry exposure to electrical, mechanical, construction, building products or similar is an advantage but not essential

- Base salary $65,000–$75,000 + annual KPI bonus $5,200
