La Milas is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Miranda
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with fragrance selections, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
Assist customers with perfume and fragrance selections
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Replenish stock and assist with daily store operations
Build strong product knowledge across perfumes and fragrances
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping experience
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Passion for perfumes, fragrances, and beauty products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Must be available to work Thursday nights and weekends
