Project Manager Intern – Subcomponents Plus LLC Subcomponents Plus is a fast-growing micro-manufacturing company specializing in advanced 3D printing, reverse engineering, and rapid production.

We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to help coordinate customer projects and support business growth initiatives such as grants, certifications, and process development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning project scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Track progress, manage deadlines, and help resolve obstacles

• Coordinate internal resources and external partners

• Prepare clear status updates for leadership

• Support development of project documentation and standard work

• Assist with grant applications, including research, drafting, and collecting required materials

• Help track and organize business certifications (WBE, diversity, industry registrations)

• Maintain organized records of requirements, contracts, and compliance items Objectives

• Keep projects on schedule and aligned with customer expectations

• Improve workflow visibility across engineering and production

• Support Subco’s business expansion through grants and certifications

• Strengthen internal processes for scalability and efficiency Preferred Skills

• Strong organizational, research, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, business operations, or PM

• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
