What You'll Do:

• Lead a team with enthusiasm and positivity during daily operations.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests.

• Manage birthday parties and special events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Communicate clearly with guests and staff, addressing concerns professionally.

• Support the General Manager by maintaining safety protocols across all attractions, event spaces, and common areas.

• Support team members, promote a positive workplace, and uphold company standards.

• Maintain facility cleanliness and monitor equipment for safety.
