Compensation:

$180,000 - $250,000 GCI yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Oakland-Fremont-Hayward area.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools like Zillow Flex and AI technology to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct biweekly strategy sessions to align team goals with company objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Oversee the management of premium leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize automated marketing systems and drive brand visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

Only licensed Real Estate Agents—or candidates actively pursuing their real estate license—will be considered for this position.

You’re a fit for this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of real estate experience with a proven track record of production.
  • Hold an active California Real Estate License.
  • Have prior experience mentoring or managing agents (preferred).
  • Are highly skilled in lead conversion, client communication, and contract management.
  • Are tech-forward — comfortable using CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Want to grow your income and influence through scalable systems.
