Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems (e.g., ADP)

Execute employee lifecycle changes (hires, terminations, promotions, compensation updates)

Ensure alignment across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems

Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies

Compliance & Auditing

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment requirements

Maintain complete and audit-ready employee documentation

Track compliance-related activities (training, documentation, reporting)

Support internal audits and ensure readiness

Analytics & Reporting

Build and run recurring reports (headcount, onboarding metrics, turnover, compliance)

Maintain clean and reliable employee data to support reporting accuracy

Identify trends, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and flag risks

Provide clear, actionable insights to People leadership

Minimum Requirements:

3–5+ years in HR, People Operations, or a similar operational role

Strong ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively

Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Excel)

Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to coordinate across teams and drive accountability
