• Build crates and package finished goods for safe shipment
• Read orders and figure out the best way to pack each product
• Stay ahead by prepping pallets and materials in advance
• Cut and prep countertops (laminate, stainless, aluminum)
• Inspect products and help ensure top quality
• Jump in to support assembly and other areas when needed
• Keep tools organized and supplies stocked

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using hand, power, and air tools
• Ability to read a ruler (fractions/decimals a plus)
• Forklift experience or willingness to get certified
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs. and staying active all shift
