SCHEDULE: FRIDAY - SUNDAY; 5pm to 5am- Work 36 hours per week but paid for 40 hours!What’s in it for you?

The mission of the role is to prepare machinery and equipment for use, work within the production line as instructed and to be responsible for strictly following health and safety guidelines. The Production Associate should be able to work with consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards without compromising quality. The individual must also be able to communicate production status and problems to proper personnel.


What you’ll do

Comply with all safety requirements and regulations. This includes participation in activities such as safety audits, talks, observations, etc. Follow standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks.Operate all equipment and processes with minimal supervision.Monitor machine parameters and resolve processing issues to maintain equipment efficiency. Inspect material and product during processing for defects to detect equipment malfunction.Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks as required such as PM’s, troubleshooting, repair, etc. Monitor, review, and maintain production run data as required. Perform accurate data entry as required. Maintain clean and organized work environment.Recommend or implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Keep records of hours worked, quantity produced, scrap produced and reasoning, and QC data. Interpret job orders.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


What you’ll bring

Required Skills

An understanding of production methods and techniques.High School Diploma or GED.3-5 + years of production experience in a high-performance manufacturing or processing environment. A non-compromising attitude to operating safely in the plant for the health and welfare of all associates. Communicates in clear, concise manner & manages conflict effectively.Must be a team player with proven skills.Must be self-motivated and driven.Preferred

Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
