Warehouse Helper in Knoxville, Tennessee at Boiler Supply Company

Boiler Supply is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Helper to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment.

• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support warehouse operations and assist team members with various tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds from floor to waist and from waist to overhead.
• Ability to safely operate or work around ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (6+ hours per day).
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining dependable attendance.
