Retail Pharmacy Manager - Gainesville at Ozarks Healthcare – West Plains, Missouri

The Retail Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the management and oversite of outpatient pharmacy personnel, process and procedures. The individual will prepare and dispense prescriptions, organize priorities to ensure pharmacy services are performed in a timely manner, manage the financial and budget requirements for the pharmacy, aid the benefits team in setting up and managing employee prescription costs, serve as a liaison to all contracted 340b pharmacies.

Requirements: Bachelor or Pharm D Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, License by the MO State Board of Pharmacy, Preferred Management Experience minimum of 3 years, Working knowledge of 340b contract pharmacy and covered entities.
