We are seeking a detail-driven AV Operations Analyst to support daily operational analysis of autonomous vehicle events. This role partners with Operations and Autonomy teams to review real-world and simulation data, apply standardized policies, and ensure consistent, high-quality classification of AV system behavior.

This position is ideal for candidates who excel in structured workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Review and triage autonomous vehicle events using established AV Operations policies.

• Accurately annotate and classify events by issue type and priority.

• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistent operational decision-making.

• Use internal tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track and report findings.

• Prepare clear performance summaries and operational reports.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and Autonomy stakeholders.

• Strong ability to read, understand, and consistently apply detailed policy documentation.

• Experience working in operational, QA, or analysis-driven environments.

• Proven attention to detail and process adherence.

• Experience producing reports and summaries for cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Previous experience in AV, robotics, labeling, QA, or operations roles is a plus.

• Process-oriented and comfortable working with defined standards and workflows.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Enjoys ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality.

• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams.

This role is critical to maintaining the quality and reliability of autonomous vehicle operations. Your work ensures accurate system evaluation and supports continuous improvement across AV development.
