Job Description
The Airline Food and Equipment Dispatcher coordinates and oversees the movement of catering to the correct airlines and flights. This role ensures timely deliveries, clear communication, and efficient routing while supporting drivers and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for logistical coordination and oversees the movement of airline catering assignments to driver
Monitor order progress and ensure on time delivery
Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and customers
Provide real time updates, route adjustments, and problem solving support
Adjust schedules based on schedules and flight changes or cancelations
Maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Must have intermediate computer skills.
Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Work requires organization, prioritization skills.
Detail orientated with problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Must have valid California drivers license with clean driving record
Must be able to pass 10 year background check
