Responsibilities/Expertise:
Ø A Minimum of 4+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting
Ø Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
Ø Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
Ø Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
Ø Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
Ø Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
Ø Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
Ø Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
Ø Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
Ø Experience in DSCR will be an added advantage.
