Messaging Manager at Akira Technologies Inc. – Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Akira Technologies is seeking a Messaging Manager to support secure intelligence messaging operations at Fort Belvoir. The Messaging Manager will oversee message traffic monitoring, profile management within Multimedia Message Manager (M3), and ensure accurate and timely dissemination of intelligence information. This role includes leadership responsibilities supporting personnel engaged in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational messaging experience, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to prepare documentation and brief diverse audiences.

This is an onsite role at Fort Belvoir up to five (5) days a week. An active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required for the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage secure messaging operations using Multimedia Message Manager (M3).
• Perform messaging profile management and monitor message traffic for anomalies or irregularities.
• Supervise and manage personnel supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
• Support intelligence dissemination processes in accordance with applicable policies and mission requirements.
• Assist with foreign disclosure activities in support of intelligence information sharing.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and messaging workflow documentation.
• Prepare reports incorporating both written narrative and graphical elements to communicate operational status and complex messaging concepts.
• Deliver professional briefings and presentations to leadership and mission stakeholders.
• Coordinate messaging activities across intelligence elements to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and organizational messaging standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including profile management and monitoring message traffic for anomalies.
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience leading teams supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination activities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting foreign disclosure and/or intelligence dissemination activities.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver professional briefings to diverse audiences.
• Experience drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 IAT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting HQ INSCOM or Army intelligence messaging environments.
• Experience coordinating messaging operations across multiple intelligence organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting operational environments.
• Experience supporting intelligence dissemination compliance processes.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000
