Job overview
As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and validating electronic hardware systems from early concept through mass production. Key responsibilities

• Hardware design & development: Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including schematics and PCB layouts
• Prototyping & validation: Build and test prototypes to validate functionality and performance
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
• Continuous improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, components, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in circuit design (analog and digital), schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and hardware debugging.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, power management, high-speed interfaces, or RF systems (depending on product focus).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards (e.g., FCC, CE, UL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
