As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and validating electronic hardware systems from early concept through mass production. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and product teams to transform ideas into robust, scalable, and high-performance products.This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on lab expertise, and a passion for solving complex real-world engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Hardware design & development: Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including schematics and PCB layouts
- Prototyping & validation: Build and test prototypes to validate functionality and performance
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Continuous improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, components, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience in circuit design (analog and digital), schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and hardware debugging.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, power management, high-speed interfaces, or RF systems (depending on product focus).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance standards (e.g., FCC, CE, UL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
