We are actively seeking a Member Relationship Advisor to join our branch team. The primary function of this position is to provide a remarkable experience for our members by assisting them with various requests, finding solutions to meet their financial needs, opening new accounts, and processing loan applications. You will be responsible for establishing member relationships, cross-selling additional products and services, and making quality referrals to the real estate and investment services team. This position is fully on-site and could be an excellent opportunity for someone with teller experience looking to grow their career.


What You’ll Bring

  • At least 6 months of similar or related experience.
  • A strong passion for working with members.
  • Previous banking/credit union experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A professional demeanor to operate in a member facing environment and over the phone.
  • A love for a collaborative, energetic, and member focused environment.
  • The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic as well as an outgoing, positive demeanor.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Prior Symitar experience is preferred.
