About Us

Chan & Chan USA is a fast-growing food manufacturer known for our high-quality frozen products. We’ve recently expanded into a modern, state-of-the-art facility and are building a strong team to support our growth. We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who will take ownership of our production floor, lead teams, and ensure we consistently deliver safe, top-quality products to our customers.

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead daily manufacturing operations - driving performance, safety, and quality while developing your team. You’ll oversee production staff, ensure standards are met, and work cross-functionally to improve processes and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams and systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop Teams – Supervise production staff, coach and train employees, and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
• Drive Results – Manage daily production schedules to meet targets, ensuring products are delivered on time and to spec.
• Ensure Quality & Food Safety – Enforce strict quality standards, GMPs, and food safety protocols. Address and resolve issues quickly.
• Promote Safety – Champion a safe workplace by enforcing PPE use, reporting incidents, and driving continuous safety improvements.
• Optimize Operations – Monitor equipment performance, partner with maintenance on repairs, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay Organized – Maintain production records, metrics, and compliance documentation. Report on efficiency, yield, and improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.
• Strong leadership skills: able to train, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and production best practices.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
