We are currently looking for experienced traveling, commercial Carpenter. The successful applicant will have a proven track record as a Carpenter dealing with interior finishes and renovations. Experience in the construction of restaurant, petroleum/convenience store, bank/credit union and retail projects highly desired.

Required Attributes

Maintains professional and positive relationships with clients, trade contractors, suppliers and fellow employeesMaintains effective relations with local building officials and inspectors. Schedules all necessary inspections and material delivery in a manner that ensures on time schedule performanceMaintains an organized and safe worksite by ensuring that WH Bass safety policies are carried out. Promotes job site safety, institutes safe work practices, and immediately addresses and rectifies any job site hazards and unsafe worksite practicesAbility to effectively communicate job progress and issues to the Bass Superintendent.Executes final punch listCapable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workersAble to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelinesAttentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma 4 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentryAbility to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specificationsStrong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
