Sales Development Representative

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a fast-paced, cloud-focused environment where you will play a key role in generating pipeline and connecting technical prospects with tailored solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of outbound sales activities, engaging with decision-makers across engineering, DevOps, and data teams to create qualified opportunities for the sales organization. You will work in a highly collaborative, remote-first setting alongside Account Executives, marketing teams, and cloud ecosystem partners. Accountabilities:
  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify, research, and engage decision-makers within technical organizations to create new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, account prioritization, and pipeline quality improvements.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns using modern sales tools and platforms.
  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle from initial research to booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion tactics.
  • Clearly communicate product value propositions to technical audiences and stay updated on offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development.
Requirements:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales roles.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with technical buyer personas such as engineers, developers, DevOps, or data professionals.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding outbound lead generation and pipeline targets.
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence technical stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
