This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient management of end-to-end accounts payable operations within a global, service-driven environment. You will be responsible for handling invoice processing, maintaining financial data accuracy, and supporting operational excellence across the AP function. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work within structured timelines and service level agreements. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial workflows. In addition to daily transactional responsibilities, you will contribute to reporting, process improvements, and documentation updates. This role also offers opportunities to support mentoring and help strengthen best practices within the team.

• Process and validate invoices accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with service level standards.
• Maintain daily accounts payable operations including invoice entry, mailbox management, and data processing activities.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to relevant business stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and transactional queries in a timely manner.
• Support documentation updates, process mapping, and capture of exceptions during AP operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving productivity, accuracy, and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolution of AP-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
