Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Land O'Lakes, FL (Greater Tampa Area)

Schedule: Full-Time | Pediatric Outpatient Setting

We provide team-based pediatric care that combines ABA with Speech, OT, PT, and Music Therapy to support the whole child. You'll work under experienced BCBAs who provide active mentorship and supervision to help you grow.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children ages 0–21
  
• Work in a clinic and community setting with interdisciplinary collaboration
  
• Receive ongoing supervision and support from BCBAs
  

What You'll Need:

• Active RBT certification with the BACB
