Position Summary:	The College of Engineering seeks qualified individuals for its adjunct faculty pool to teach classes in support of the Engineering Entrepreneurship program. The courses in the minor focus on a variety of topics including opportunity identification, technical and market feasibility, prototyping, and business and venture planning. Qualified individuals would provide instruction in both a lecture and hands-on workshop format. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Duties and Responsibilities:	Teaching undergraduate level courses. Engineering Entrepreneurship with specific focus on Creativity and Innovation, and Social Entrepreneurship. Duties will vary with the specific courses being taught.
Minimum Qualifications:	Master’s degree required. The applicant must be committed to instilling the entrepreneurial mindset in engineering education.
Preferred Qualifications:	Previous teaching experience preferred. Expertise in Mission-driven business and or Social Enterprise is preferred.
