We are a private dental practice located in the Mesa, Arizona area, seeking a Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

Patient Care & Interaction

• Excellent customer service verbal skills over the phone and in person
• Welcome and greet patients with professionalism and warmth to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling to maintain efficient patient flow.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a dental office required.
• Proficiency in Dentrix practice management software is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
