Medical Assistant – High-Volume Clinic

Location: Scottsdale Clinic — Princess & the 101

Compensation: $22–$25/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

Manage check-in, vitals, chart prep, chart audits, and device downloads.Assistproviders efficiently to keep schedules running smoothly.Complete tasks by deadline—no delays or missed steps.Provide clear communication with patients, providers, and teammates.Handle scheduling for follow-ups, office visits, and sleep studies.Coordinate medicationpriorauthorizations and ensure documentation is complete andsubmittedon time.Discuss treatment estimates and patientfinancial responsibilitywith confidence and professionalism. You must be comfortable collecting payments, reviewing balances, and guiding patients through financial expectations—all whilemaintaininga calm, friendly, and positive demeanor.

Requirements

5+yearsMA experience in a high-volume medical office.MA certification and active BLS.Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work quickly.Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality are non-negotiable.Comfortable with fast pace,high expectations, and rapid workflow changes.Bilingual Spanish preferred.Comfortable using multiple software platforms including Athena, Luma, Parachute, and Microsoft Teams (used heavily for daily communication and workflow management).
