Job Summary

Maintenance groundskeepers are responsible for the upkeep and appearance of outdoor areas. The work is often seasonal and labor-intensive

Essential Functions

• Cleans and sweeps all entrances and parking lot areas
• Keeps Hospital surroundings free of debris
• Maintains court yard in a clean and orderly condition
• Sweeps and power washes Hospital and MAB entrances
• Cleans and sweeps all walkways
• Removes snow from entrances, steps, walkways, sidewalks and parking lots
• Performs whatever work is assigned by immediate Supervisor

Minimum Education/Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Work Experience

At least 6 months hospital experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Must be willing to work holidays, weekends and provide additional coverage as needed

Working Conditions:

Exposed to heat, cold draft and hot humid weather.

Lift and move heavy objects over 30lbs.

Must be able to stand physical and mental stress
