Job Summary

• The Technical Analyst’s role is to support and maintain hardware and software.
• This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance.
• Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where required.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate’s degree in related area preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications are preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $23.25 – $34.00 per hour
