The Job: Class A Uptown community seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist with a dynamic and professional personality. Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:
- High School diploma/GED required
- 3 years of leasing experience required
- Experience with RealPage products and Reputation.com
- Outside marketing and assistant manager skills a plus
