Job Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy helping people and businesses, and want to make an impact, we want to hear from you. This is a 100% remote and commission-based 1099 position. We provide leads of businesses that are actively searching for the very services that we offer. For this position, you must have a hunter mentality and generate your own leads as well.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • We provide you with leads but also want you to generate your own leads as well.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in technical sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Provide feedback on service development based on customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 3 years experience in sales or telemarketing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to utilize our processes and technologies.
  • Must enjoy helping people and have a desire to make a difference.
  • Must be comfortable utilizing and selling technology and business solutions.
