Integrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2025 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, specializing in Medicare sales, has full-time positions available for our Inside Sales Department at our Orland Park, Illinois location. Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.

Qualifications: Effective verbal and communication skills both on and off the phone; great phone etiquette required. Strong attention to detail, hardworking, motivated and computer skills are a must. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Training provided. Health and Life Insurance License is a plus.
Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver a level of effort on a daily basis to meet and exceed assigned goals.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls on a daily basis.
• Reliability in attendance and responsibility in completing goals are critical to success.
• Outbound calls to customers to increase sales appointments.
• Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments.
• Taking inbound calls for current and prospective customers.
• Log all customer information into our CRM database.
