Magnum Insurance Agency is currently seeking motivated and energetic Licensed Insurance Sales Agents (Bilingual Spanish/English) to join our growing team at locations throughout the Chicago area and surrounding north, south, east, and west suburbs.

Compensation & Growth

Responsibilities

Assist customers with auto insurance products and coverage optionsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsExplain policy coverages and insurance options clearly and professionallyHandle policy renewals and customer follow-upsGenerate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead opportunitiesMaintain excellent customer service throughout the sales processParticipate in ongoing insurance and sales training programs

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishActive Illinois Insurance Producer License (Casualty or Motor Vehicle minimum required)Sales-driven and motivated personalityStrong communication and customer service skillsDependable and professional work ethicComfortable speaking with customers by phone and in personBasic computer knowledgePrevious retail sales or customer service experience preferredMust be available to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays
