Who’s Eligible?
We’re actively seeking licensed and limited-licensed professionals who are committed to delivering full-time outpatient behavioral health care (40+ hours/week), including:
Licensed and Limited-Licensed Providers
- LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
- LLMSW – Limited Licensed Master Social Worker
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- LLPC – Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
- LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
- LLMFT – Limited Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Other Eligible Professionals
- Psychiatrists (MD/DO)
- Psychologists (PhD, PsyD)
- PMHNPs – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
- BCBA / BCaBA
- Supports Coordinators / Case Managers (if full-time and role qualifies)
To Qualify for Loan Repayment Sponsorship:
- Must provide full-time outpatient behavioral health care (40 hours/week)
- Must work at an eligible site (CMH, nonprofit, or outpatient public health center like EPIC Health)
- Must have qualifying student loan debt
- Must commit to a two-year service agreement
What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Patient Care
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostics
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Deliver outpatient therapy for adults and/or children
- Provide immediate support through crisis intervention
Team Collaboration and Community Engagement
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams
- Build partnerships with community organizations
- Connect patients with essential resources
Monitoring and Reporting
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Prepare case summaries and discharge plans
What You Bring
- Required licensure: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LLMFT (or equivalent as listed above)
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Skilled in evidence-based care, crisis response, and collaborative treatment
- Strong communicator with a heart for service and a mind for advocacy
