Behavioral Health Specialist – Full Time

Who’s Eligible?
We’re actively seeking licensed and limited-licensed professionals who are committed to delivering full-time outpatient behavioral health care (40+ hours/week), including:

Licensed and Limited-Licensed Providers

  • LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
  • LLMSW – Limited Licensed Master Social Worker
  • LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
  • LLPC – Limited Licensed Professional Counselor
  • LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
  • LLMFT – Limited Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Other Eligible Professionals

  • Psychiatrists (MD/DO)
  • Psychologists (PhD, PsyD)
  • PMHNPs – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
  • BCBA / BCaBA
  • Supports Coordinators / Case Managers (if full-time and role qualifies)

To Qualify for Loan Repayment Sponsorship:

  • Must provide full-time outpatient behavioral health care (40 hours/week)
  • Must work at an eligible site (CMH, nonprofit, or outpatient public health center like EPIC Health)
  • Must have qualifying student loan debt
  • Must commit to a two-year service agreement

What You’ll Do

Comprehensive Patient Care

  • Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostics
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver outpatient therapy for adults and/or children
  • Provide immediate support through crisis intervention

Team Collaboration and Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams
  • Build partnerships with community organizations
  • Connect patients with essential resources

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Prepare case summaries and discharge plans

What You Bring

  • Required licensure: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LLMFT (or equivalent as listed above)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Skilled in evidence-based care, crisis response, and collaborative treatment
  • Strong communicator with a heart for service and a mind for advocacy
