This is a one-year appointment for the 2023-2024 academic year, beginning in August 2023. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering primarily in the area of design.

• The primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in design, laboratory classes, and advising senior design project teams.
• The successful candidate will teach 12 contact hours per semester.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or closely aligned discipline is required (must be completed at the time of hire).
• The applicant must demonstrate a dedication to teaching excellence.
