General Summary

The role of Warehouse Manager is responsible for performing duties related to equipment shipping and receiving, truck stock management, and tool sign out. In addition may be required from time to time to perform pickup and delivery of parts and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee warehouse functions:
2. Perform shipping and receiving.
3. Keep inventory of truck stock parts
4. Perform inspection of tools on checkout/ return and assure they are operating properly and need no repairs.
5. Keep up with building maintenance.
6. Provide assistance when necessary to load and unload trucks daily; maintain logs of all products shipped and received.
7. Ensure housekeeping standards are met in the warehouse, outside storage area, and truck lot.
8. Receive incoming materials, unpack and check shipment(s) against bill of lading(s), packing slip(s), and other documentation.
9. Oversee inventory process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
10. Manage and direct workflow of warehouse.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service.
2. Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management.
3. Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results
4. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
5. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular, reoccurring basis.
6. Proactive initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems and seize opportunities.
7. Clean driving record.
