Tribeca Outsourcing is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods in our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist in regular inventory audits.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
