Clinical Director – Campus Commons Pet Hospital

VetnCare is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join us in a Clinical Director leadership role at our Northern California hospital, Campus Commons.
This is an opportunity to lead a highly experienced and collaborative veterinary team while partnering with a dedicated Hospital Manager and VetnCare’s Chief Medical Officer to deliver next-level veterinary care.

The Role
As Clinical Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success
- Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance
- Guide DVM development and mentorship
- Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases
You’ll play a key role in helping VetnCare deliver on our mission of “next-level care, next door.”
What We’re Looking For
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Licensed (or eligible) in California
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine

- $180 -$225k base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
