Director, Product Development - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Product Development - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the evolution of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy to align with client needs and business objectives. This includes working collaboratively across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution. As an individual contributor initially, there is potential for you to build and lead a team as the function grows within the organization. Your ability to bridge business, technical, and strategic aspects will be crucial for success.
Accountabilities- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the product portfolio.
- Build and maintain detailed, prioritized product roadmaps.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Drive cross-functional delivery to ensure on-time releases.
- Monitor product performance and use data for improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between business development and technical teams.
- Facilitate alignment sessions and communicate product status to stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or related functions.
- Experience in managing a product roadmap from vision to delivery.
- Strong background in business strategy and technical execution.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical communications.
- Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
