Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield – Chesterfield, Missouri

Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to work as a supervisor. The candidate will assist nurse managers with overseeing the clinical operations of our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time Evening shift
• Full-Time Night shift

The shift manager will:

• Monitor work flow of staff and redefine priorities as needed
• Make rounds on all divisions to ensure resident care needs are met
• Direct and evaluate nursing services provided on assigned shift, ensuring delivery of quality of resident care
• Demonstrate knowledge of residents who are at high risk for negative outcomes and communicate to staff at all levels
• Ensure appropriate resident care is documented during shift
• Perform a variety of nursing procedures according to acceptable standards of practice such as wound care, catheterizations, tracheal care, tube feedings, and administering oxygen
• Act as a resource for nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned
