Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls
• Listening to client questions and giving accurate answers
• Guiding clients through the enrollment process so they can make an informed decision

• Pleasant phone voice with good communication skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Outgoing and energetic attitude
• Active listening skills giving full attention to what client is saying
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
